These terms apply to the Softmap website, user workspace and related features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, ensure you have authority to act for it. Contact us below with questions.

请提供准确的账号信息，保护登录凭据，并对通过你的账号进行的操作负责。不得共享账号以绕过权限、额度或限制；不得以自动化方式攻击、探测或干扰平台、其他用户及第三方服务。发现账号被滥用或未经授权访问时，请及时联系我们。
Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account. Do not share accounts to bypass access controls, quotas or limits, or attack, probe or disrupt the platform, other users or third-party services. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Softmap 可协助搜索商家、整理公开信息、保存联系人快照、运行工作流并生成文案。第三方数据可能过时、不准确或受来源规则限制；AI 输出可能包含错误。你应在商业决策、对外联系或发布内容前自行核实，不得把推测表述为已确认事实。
Softmap may help discover businesses, organize public information, save contact snapshots, run workflows and draft messages. Third-party data may be outdated, inaccurate or subject to source restrictions; AI output may be wrong. Verify information before business decisions, external communications or publication, and do not present speculation as confirmed fact.
你应确保提交的资料、提示词及导入数据有合法使用依据，并尊重第三方知识产权、隐私及网站使用规则。不得利用服务抓取、传播或处理你无权使用的个人数据。严禁使用 Softmap 的 AI 功能、Google API 接口或发件连接创建、修改、传播未经当事人同意的私密影像（AI NCII）或其他性剥削内容；也不得用其生成欺诈、骚扰或违法内容。
Ensure you have a lawful basis to use submitted information, prompts and imported data. Respect third-party intellectual property, privacy and source-site rules. Do not use the service to collect or process personal data you are not entitled to use. You must not use Softmap AI features, Google APIs or sender connections to create, alter or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), sexual exploitation material, fraud, harassment or unlawful content.

你可以在设置中选择 Gmail 或 QQ 邮箱，每个 Softmap 账号同时只能绑定一种发件邮箱。Gmail 使用 Google 应用专用密码和固定的 smtp.gmail.com:465；QQ 邮箱使用 SMTP 授权码和固定的 smtp.qq.com:465。服务端验证成功后才将凭据保存到受限的 SecretStore，不保存日常登录密码。测试邮件只发往你登记的 Softmap 账号邮箱。当前联系人触达支持发送模板、与联系人匹配的 IMAP 往来同步，以及对已同步来信的单封回复。邮箱连接有效时自动定时增量同步，在线通常每分钟、离线每 15 分钟；首次分批检查最近 90 天，每批每文件夹最多 100 封，之后只检查新 UID。消息按联系人地址与回复线程核验，新增来信触发站内未读和在线推送，不改变第三方邮箱已读状态；手动刷新复用同一后台任务。账号联系人列表中有有效邮箱的联系人可发送，无需 Softmap 额外测试授权；按套餐控制单次人数和每日封数，免费套餐默认每批最多 2 人、每账号 UTC 每日最多 10 封，触达、回复和测试信共用额度；失败或不确定的尝试也计入。发送前会展示实际人数、逐封内容预览和排除原因，用户必须再次确认才逐人投递；明确禁止联系、无有效邮箱或重复邮箱会排除。回复由你明确提交，收件人从原来信与联系人记录校验；失败或不确定结果不会自动重发。
You can select Gmail or QQ Mail in settings; each Softmap account can connect only one sender at a time. Gmail uses a Google app password with smtp.gmail.com:465, while QQ Mail uses an SMTP authorization code with smtp.qq.com:465. Credentials are saved in restricted server-side SecretStore only after successful verification; ordinary sign-in passwords are not stored. Test messages go only to your Softmap account email. Contact outreach supports message templates, IMAP sync of correspondence matching the saved contact, and individual replies to synced incoming mail. While connected, the mailbox syncs automatically, typically every minute online and every 15 minutes offline. Initial sync checks the last 90 days in batches of up to 100 messages per folder; subsequent syncs check new UIDs only. Exact addresses and reply threads determine contact matching. New incoming mail creates in-app unread notifications and live updates without changing provider read flags; manual refresh reuses the same background job. Saved contacts with valid email addresses can receive outreach without an additional Softmap test-authorization step. Batch recipients and daily messages are controlled by your plan. The free plan defaults to 2 recipients per batch and 10 messages per account per UTC day, shared across outreach, replies and test messages; failed or uncertain attempts also count. Recipient counts, individual content previews and exclusions are shown for your second confirmation before individual SMTP delivery; contacts marked do-not-contact, missing valid addresses, or duplicate recipient addresses are excluded. Replies require explicit submission and recipients verified against the original message/contact. Failed or uncertain outcomes are not automatically resent.
公开抓取到的邮箱不代表收件人已同意接收营销信息。任何对外触达都须遵守适用的反垃圾邮件、隐私、消费者保护及平台政策，并具备相应的通知、许可或其他合法依据；禁止冒充身份、发送欺诈内容或规避退订。
A publicly listed email address is not consent to receive marketing. Any outreach must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection and platform rules and have a lawful basis. Do not impersonate others, send deceptive content or evade opt-outs.
你可以在工作台设置中断开当前发件邮箱；相应的应用专用密码或授权码可在 Google 或 QQ 邮箱设置中撤销或删除。Google 或邮箱服务商可自行限制、拒绝或撤销发件权限；Softmap 不保证邮件被接收、投递或阅读。
You can disconnect the sender in workspace settings and revoke or delete its app password or authorization code from your Google or QQ Mail account. Google or your mail provider may restrict, reject or revoke sending access. Softmap does not guarantee acceptance, delivery or reading of any message.

功能、可用性与额度可能随产品开发、安全风险或第三方接口变化而调整。我们会采取合理措施维持服务，但不保证持续无中断或所有结果完全准确。在适用法律允许的范围内，服务按实际可用状态提供；本条不排除法律不得排除的消费者权利或法定责任。
Features, availability and limits may change with product development, security needs or third-party APIs. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; this does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
如你违反条款、法律或第三方平台政策，或你的操作危及服务安全，我们可能限制相关功能或暂停账号；在适当情况下会提供说明和申诉渠道。
We may restrict features or suspend an account when activity violates these terms, applicable law or third-party policies, or threatens service security. Where appropriate, we will provide an explanation and a way to raise concerns.

For questions about accounts, the service or these terms, contact hello@softmap.ai. We will update this page when terms change materially and notify users in-product or by email where appropriate. Continued use is subject to the terms then in effect, except where law requires separate consent.
